Step-by-step instructions
1. Boil water→ Add about 850 ml of water to a pot (about 1.5 bottles of 550 ml water). Bring to a boil.
2. Add soup base & powder→ Once the water is boiling, add the soup base packet and powder packet. Bring back to a boil, then add the buckwheat noodle cake.
3. Cook noodles, add meatballs & veg→ Cook the noodles for 4–5 minutes. As they soften, gently separate them. Then add the chicken meatballs and vegetable packet, and cook everything together for another 2–3 minutes.
4. Serve & add crunchy topping→ Turn off the heat and pour everything into a bowl. Add the crunchy dried topping (black fungus/crispy bits packet) according to your taste, mix well, and enjoy.
